Medium Density Homes iconYou must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Townhouse and much more iconThis grant applies to brand-new homes, substantially renovated homes, or properties being sold for the first time.

Townhouse and much more iconThere is a cap on the maximum property value. This value varies from state to state. For instance, it is $600,000 in New South Wales and $750,000 in Victoria.

Townhouse and much more iconYou must live in the purchased home consecutively for at least six months and use it as your primary residence.
